Define usable space before entering the area
Offices, docks, columns, fire routes, equipment clearances and unavailable zones should be excluded or modeled separately. A geometric utilization percentage does not verify rack loads, sprinkler clearance, access, handling equipment or code requirements. Review the actual layout and applicable safety rules before changing storage density.
